Cancellation Policy
By booking with Aqua Rush Rentals, all renters agree to the following policies and terms: A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required for all bookings. Renters must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled rental time for check-in, safety orientation, and boating instructions. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or cancellation without refund. All operators must follow safety instructions and company rules at all times. Aqua Rush Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, unsafe, reckless, or unwilling to follow instructions. A security deposit pre-authorization may be required before departure and may be charged for damages, lost equipment, towing, excessive cleaning, or rule violations. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking may qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24–72 hours may qualify for a booking credit or partial refund at management discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Aqua Rush Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. In these cases, customers will receive either a rescheduled booking or full refund. Waitlist Policy Customers may request to join a waitlist for fully booked dates or times. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-request basis and do not guarantee availability. If a spot becomes available, customers will be contacted by phone, text, or email and must respond within the provided timeframe or the opportunity may be offered to the next customer. By completing a booking, all customers acknowledge and agree to these policies and all safety requirements set by Aqua Rush Rentals.
